During my fast for The Sound 2024, the Lord put those on my heart that have been struggling to conceive. He specifically highlighted Psalms 126, 127, & 128 as well as Joel 2:15-19, 21-29.
Psalm 126: Remember the Lord’s blessings in our life and know that He wants to bless you again. He wants to fill you with laughter and joy. For you have wept; sowing your seed with no return - until now. You will reap a harvest and taste the good fruits of your labor. The Lord wants to give you armloads of blessings.
Psalm 127:“Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them.”
Psalm 128:“Blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to Him. You will eat the fruits fo your labor; blessings and prosperity will be yours. Your wife will be like a fruitful vine within your house; your children will be like olive shoots around your table. Yes, this will be the blessing for the man who fears the Lord.”
Joel 2:15-19, 21-29: I believe this is a prophetic declaration from the Lord over your womb. We have called a fast, we have gathered the sacred assembly, and we have prayed. He will repay you for the years the Locusts have eaten where you have not been able to conceive. He is sending abundant showers to dry and barren ground. And He is pouring out His Spirit on all people.
Lord, I ask you to deepen their Fear of the Lord. Show them what it is. Open her womb so that she may bring forth life. I declare, it’s not too late for them. You are doing a good thing. Just like the rain brings water back to dry riverbeds, I ask you to bless your people again. Light the fire of the flame of the Fear of the Lord. Amen.
