The Holy Spirit is represented in the bible in multiple ways and this painting combines two of them. The first being from Matthew 3:16 when a dove alights upon Him after Jesus gets baptized in water. The second comes from Acts 2:3-4 when tongues of fire sat upon each who were baptized in the Spirit. The Lord wants to fill you with His spirit like He filled them; and He wants to refill those who already had an initial filling. Holy Spirit come like you did at Pentecost!
